Great location, just a short walk to the slopes and ski school meeting point. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. the outdoor heated swimming pool was a nice bonus.

Clean well designed room, relaxed atmosphere. Most of what we needed was available and it was great to have use of the swimming pool. We liked being close to the mountains and were able to set off on foot from the hotel.

Some kitchen utensils were past their best. Chopping board was badly bent, and blunt knives made it even more difficult to chop veg, salad etc. Step into the swimming pool was shockingly dangerous(wooden cover fallen off exposing sharp rusty metal edges) which we reported and the staff said that the wooden step just kept falling off whatever they did.

As a disabled traveler, I loved the fact that Residence Pierre & Vacances Les Bergers had accessible facilities and amenities. Their pool and skating rink were inclusive, and they provided access to free Wi-Fi. the location was also great, with easy access to flat walks and cycling paths. the hotel was quiet and had a lovely fireplace in the common sitting area. the restaurant offered delicious food, and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. the newly renovated bathrooms were also a plus!

Great location on top of mountain, good for us for triathlon but a bit away from main areas. Would be a great location for skiing. Good to be able to prepare own meals.

Reception were extremely helpful. The hotel was in an ideal location and the apartment very clean and well equipped.

the hotel is functional and fairly clean, nestled in a functional building with beautiful view of the mountains. the location is excellent and unbeatable and the staff is excellent. it's just a short walk away from chez luigi, spent evening there. the services are great, including a lovely pool. besides, they offer free parking.

The property offers excellent value and has great-sized rooms with balconies. the staff is friendly and provides excellent service.

The location within the resort meant stunning views of the Alps. It was within easy reach of the shops the ski lifts and slopes.

The smell of the bin room and ski locker room was off putting as you entered the hotel entrance, also there was no kettle !!

The hotel location is perfect for access to the ski area and the heated outdoor swimming pool and two sauna units were very relaxing after skiing all day.

The ski locker room was smelly and damp.

This place was excellent value for the holiday. the food was fabulous with a wide array of options. 3. the location was good and incredible, near slopes, ski lift, and the golf course. 4. the service was terrific, nothing was too much trouble.

Limited reception facilities which meant we were not able to check in even though we emailed several times to give an arrival time and did not have a response. The room, although clean was musty and unaired with tired decor. We did not have bathroom linen, dishcloths nor cleaning kit as stated on the website.
